Create this small sailbat mug rug .  This digitl file includes the pattern and instructions for completing an art quilt including the techniques of raw edge strip piecing, raw edge applique, and machine quilting (either free motion or using a walking foot).  Sea Glass embellishments are also used.  The finished project is approximtaely 8.5" X 11".
